I placed an order through teleflora for a Hugs & Kisses bouquet to be delivered to my daughter for Valentine’s. Flowers by Michael made the arrangement which did not look anything like what I ordered. There were not many flowers & the ribbon was black w/ red hearts instead of a pretty red or pink.
The flowers they did for our vow renewal were beautiful!! Their creativity and perfection are unmatched! They surprised us with an additional small bouquet for our 5 year old daughter to hold during the ceremony. So kind and generous!! We had a reception at Arrington Vineyards, so they helped add a greenery table runner on the picnic tables!! The runners had eucalyptus and blush roses. It was the most beautiful addition. You can tell the owner has a very sweet heart for his company. Highly recommend!!
We ordered flowers for a funeral (through Emma's in Nashville) and Flowers by Michael picked up the order off "the system." We had some issues initially, but Flowers by Michael was able to resolve those to our satisfaction.
This guy goes above and beyond to please his customers! I will ALWAYS use this guy for all my flower needs and i will recommend this to all my friends and family! Also, the arrangements are absolutely GORGEOUS!
